Caroline is Chairman of Kingdom Property Lettings, Director Accounting for Hospitality, Founder of Concept to Cash mentoring programs and Director at Exceeding Grace Developments

Gregory Mwansa

Gregory is a Zambian national with Vast experience in Real Estate Markets in Zambia, specializing in land management and development. Gregory oversees operations which includes road contractors, architects, surveyors, sales team and whatever else is required to ensure good customer delivery.

Gregory relates with the regulating authorities, including the Ministry of Land, Zesco, Surveyor General’s office and local councils. Gregory is an EGD director.

Michael Marsh

Mike Marsh is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over 25 years global trading experience. Currently Chairman of Accounting for Hospitality, a UK niche accounting practice specialising in strategic Business growth.

A Former Founding Partner of Ernst & Young Zambia, servicing multinational corporations including International Mining and Construction companies. Mike has exposure to global markets in industry and practice.

Mike has had hands on experience working with commercial banks at Director level on US$ 75 Million contracts. His knowledge and skill working with corporations and Business Owners gives him a unique understanding on successful financial management.

Mike also works alongside global entrepreneurs helping them with growth strategies. His passion is number crunching for Financial Planning, Analytical Financial reviews, financial health checks and Forecasting to empower businesses and corporations. He possesses a unique skill to interpret factual numbers into a strategic delivery plan for business growth and it is this skill he uses to see organisations prosper.

Michael is Director of Finance and is responsible for financial management of EGD Projects.
